Callen cares about you as a client. When you call for an appointment or visit a Callen Design Center, you can expect a call-back within 24 hours. After an appointment is set, you will receive a text confirmation as well as a text reminder 24 hours ahead of the meeting. The lines of communication are always open with Callen, so you always know where you are in the process.
When we come to your home, we’ll listen closely as you explain what you hope to achieve. We’ll then ask questions about what you want to accomplish – whether you only need to replace one window or are in need of extensive home exterior remodeling. Based on this discussion, we’ll provide you with a thorough assessment of what we can do for you and how we’ll accomplish it. We’ll bring samples of our many product options to the initial appointment. In addition, Callen’s two Design Centers allow you to view several exterior and interior product displays.
Once you’ve decided on the products to best fit for your home’s needs, measurements are taken, product information is provided, and a project price is provided. This is nice because many companies take several days to send you an email or get back to you with an estimate. Callen consultants, on the other hand, will go over the entire project and get all the information to you right away.
Once your order is placed, a Callen project manager will come out and confirm the measurements. This is another opportunity for you to ask additional questions or bring up any concerns that weren’t addressed previously. The project manager is the one who puts the order through and will contact you with an installation date.
When the installers arrive, whether they’ll be working on the interior or the exterior of your home, they’ll set to work laying down tarps and other appropriate materials to protect your home and belongings. In addition, they’ll dispose of anything that was torn out or off and clean up thoroughly when they’re done.
After the project is finished, your salesperson will visit to make sure everything looks great and functions well, then go over the warranty information with you. On top of manufacturer warranties, Callen offers a lifetime workmanship warranty on the installation. On the one-year anniversary of your exterior project being completed, Callen will contact you to schedule an inspection just to make sure everything is still looking good, functioning well, and that you’re satisfied with the product.
Callen craftsmen have updated, reliable tools to ensure our projects move ahead quickly, as well as reliable company vehicles. All Callen installers, craftsmen, and carpenters are trained and certified in their various fields. Callen has several people that are NARI Certified Remodelers and/or Certified Lead Carpenters. NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) certification is the recognition of a remodeling professional who’s undergone extensive screening, demonstrated commitment to professional conduct, participated in intensive studies on a broad range of critical industry issues, and successfully completed a comprehensive written exam. This makes us more knowledgeable about products and helps us solve issues that go above and beyond what we normally deal with.
Callen also has a 24-hour live answering service – not answering machines. If you have a question after hours, someone will log the details of your call and a Callen staff member will get back to you as soon as possible.
