Due to a long-standing policy of service after the sale, in 2012 Callen introduced its Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. It states “the work performed by Callen will be free from defects due to workmanship for as long as you own and occupy the home, and upon a claim, Callen will repair or restore the defective workmanship” for FREE.
