Design – Upon completion of the retainer agreement, your Sales • Design Consultant takes your input and creates detailed interior living space plans, drawings, and 3D views that bring your vision to life. This phase involves selecting finish materials, colors, space layout, and fixtures that align with your preferences and budget. Budgeting and Cost Estimation – The design-build team provides an accurate cost estimate based on the bathroom design.
