Santa's Monster Cookies

Tis the season for baking, so enjoy a wonderful holiday recipe from Santa and Callen. Santa's Monster Cookies!

Ingredients

• 3/4 c. cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1/2 c. granulated sugar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
• 1/3 c. crushed potato chips
• 1/3 c. crushed pretzels
• 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 3 tbsp. red and green sprinkles

Directions

1. Preheat oven to350º and line two baking sheets with parchment. In a large bowl using a handmixer, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Beat in egg andvanilla until combined.
3. In anotherlarge bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Add dryingredients to wet and mix until smooth. (Dough will be thick.)
4. Gently fold inpotato chips, pretzels, chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
5. Scooptablespoon-size balls of dough and transfer them to prepared baking sheets.Slightly press them down onto baking sheets.
6. Bake untiledges are just starting to get golden, 7 to 8 minutes.
7. Remove fromoven and let cool 2 to 3 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack to coolcompletely.
