These drawers make storing your items more efficient by making the hard-to-reach items easy to access. Islands may also include cabinetry with tray dividers, deep drawers for pots and pans, or a pull-out trash bin.

Entertainment Space

‍Of course, many choose a kitchen island to have a place for additional seating when family and friends visit. If you don’t have a formal dining table, the size of the island should be taken into consideration to accommodate more guests. The size of the island also allows for prepping and serving snacks/meals when guests are over.
