Work Hours (i.e. shift): 1st Shift
Starting Salary Range: $15-18/hr*
Salary/Benefit Notes: Position includes Company Matching 401K, Vacation, and availability to a Group Health Insurance plan. Starting wage rate dependent on experience and skill sets.

Position Description
Callen, a local reputable home remodeler, is in need of Siding Installers at all levels to join our company.

Required Experience:
1+years
At least one years’ experience in Vinyl and LP siding installation required. Experience with an aluminum brake is a must. Candidates should possess their own hand tools and have a clean driving record. All power tools and transportation to job sites provided by the company. Candidate must be willing to work in a “No Smoking” job site environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Siding installers are to be prepared daily to succeed while working towards learning the Callen process and becoming a part of the Callen Team. Training and transparent career growth plans will be provided to ensure you have tools to succeed with us.

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for Hardworking Craftsman with Positive Attitudes to join our Team.
