In response to concerns about personal contact due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we are offering a new Virtual Consultation service for certain products, such as windows and doors.

Because we believe that an in-home consultation still allows for a better experience, where you can view samples of products and get a more thorough inspection, we have developed protocols for home visits and design center visits that comply with CDC and WHO guidelines, and we will continue doing in person meetings at this time. However, if you are more comfortable using our new Virtual Consultation service, we are happy to accommodate in two easy steps:

We will first schedule a measure appointment, where your assigned Callen representative will visit your property to view and measure your project from the exterior.
When your measure is complete, your representative will reach out to you to schedule a virtual online meeting to review the project details, product and installation options, and go over a detailed estimate.
