Are the gutters cleaned? Has the patio furniture been put away? Are the hoses put away? Has the lawn been fertilized and cut for the last time? Are the water shut-off valves turned off? The list goes on and on. This is totally normal, as I too feel I run out of time every fall. It’s those little projects around the house that can give some of us anxiety.
The good news is even when it snows and temperatures hit single digits or below, Callen continues to remodel all year long. Yes, even windows and doors can be installed in the winter. So, take a deep breath and relax.
My advice is to always prioritize your projects. Whether it’s updating an entry or patio door or replacing the bad window you know is going to allow cold air to enter the home this winter, start with the projects that need the most attention.
The experts at Callen can give you advice, visit your home to take measurements, and get you on the path to enhancing your home. We all know no home is perfect, as every house needs something here or there that needs attention. Let go of the anxiety, don’t sweat the little details, and address the important things your home needs.
No matter what project needs to be completed, visit Callen’s beautiful Muskego Design Center, or go to Callen’s website for ideas. To add the WOW to your home, call Callen at 414-529-5509 or complete Callen’s online contact form to schedule a FREE consultation.
