The Pulse of the City News’ rating system recognizes companies in the building, construction, real estate, and home services industries that that deliver on their promise of exceptional service. The evaluation system combines data collected from nominations, online and other customer reviews, surveys, blogs, social networks, user experience, business-rating services, and other honors. The Pulse of the City Customer Satisfaction Award is presented to companies that have received the highest possible rating of five stars.
